FIFA 09 Demo is receiving good reactions from gamers

The Xbox 360, PS3, and PC Fifa 09 demos were released on the 11/09/08 and have been getting a lot of positive praise from gamers so far. Fans have reported that the graphics are the best yet, and run very smoothly compared to last year’s version of the game.
When you play Fifa 09, you instantly notice that the game is playing more like PES than ever before thanks to it’s smooth, quick passing, and intelligent player runs. The players feel solid, and the tackles satisfying. The presentation and game atmosphere is still second to none, and really this is just another top title from EA.
Something that still exists however, as tested in the FIFA 09 Demo, that it can still be to easy to score from close range, and that there are still predicatble ways to score. What a shame.
So with the postive priase of the FIFA 09, will this put the pressure on Konami to release the PES 2009 demo any earlier? Stay tuned to Pro Evolution News for the latest info.

September 16th, 2008 at 9:28 amI am a PES gamer, but I thought I would try the FIFA 09 demo on the PS3 as it was out already. As a first timer with FIFA since about ‘98 I gave it a chance for a good number of goes but found it difficult to get to grips with, even though on PES 6 I was high ranking online player. Pace is slow, passing is frustrating, through balls are weak, manual player changes pick the wrong players and it reminded me of PES 2008 when I first got that. Not an enjoyable experience for a true PES player. If they are trying to make FIFA play like PES then they picked the wrong version! FIFA 09 is for the arcade gamer and this demo makes me want the real thing (PES 2009) even more! Thanks for the news feeds and keep up the good job.

September 16th, 2008 at 11:06 amCan anyone advise how you can download the demo (PS3 version). Is there a method of downloading the game from a pc and uploading it from a memory stick, as i do not have my ps3 connected to the internet.

September 16th, 2008 at 11:26 amMC - The only thing you can do here is look out for the demo included on DVD with a PS3 magazine. They normally have them just after the games launch.
Alternativly take your PS3 to a friend’s or family’s house and download the demo there.
